The Role Working in close partnership with the CEO, you will be the driving force behind the smooth daily operations of this well-known facility. This is a high-visibility leadership role that requires a blend of operational excellence, clinical understanding, and a heart for community engagement.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive experience within the Australian Healthcare or Aged Care sectors.

• Deep knowledge of the current aged care landscape, including compliance and funding.

• Candidates open to relocation (or those already local) who value a strong community presence.
